Shark Tank Preview: September 21, 2012

Shark Tank is back with a brand new show and four new entrepreneurs this Friday, September 21. After a history making season premiere, so far this season of Shark Tank really is proving to be the best yet! In our second Shark Tank preview of season 4, we present the four entrepreneurs who will seek funding this week:

CateApp, sometimes known as the cheater’s app, brings its smart phone ” security” app into the Shark Tank. This app allows people to hide texts and phone calls from any smartphone, presumably so a cheating spouse won’t discover their partner’s indiscretions. Will the Sharks fund the cheater’s app or will entrepreneur Phil Immler be left exposed?

eCreamery creates premium custom ice cream flavors. Customers design their own flavors online and eCreamery ships them to your door. Custom ice cream makes a great gift and entrepreneurs Abby Jordan and Becky App hope the sharks like their custom creamy concoctions. Will the Shark Tank sharks lap up this business or will the women be dropped like a spilled cone on the sidewalk?

Ripsurfer X by Surfset surfs into the Shark Tank with a surfing simulator that’s billed as a new exercise craze. Inventor/entrepreneur Mike Hartwick wants Ripsurfer X classes and studios all over the country. Will the sharks hang ten with this business or attack Mr. Hartwick like a Great White in the surf?

Alpha M Style System is the brainchild of clothes horse and style consultant Aaron Marino. Mr. Marino has been consulting men on their personal style for over six years and claims he has over six thousand clients world-wide. He hopes the Shark Tank sharks fund his series of style DVD’s aimed at men who want to look a bit sharp. Will the sharks like the fit of this business or will they strip Mr. Marino of his hopes?

Tonight’s “follow-up segment” features Stand up Paddle Board entrepreneur Stephan Aarstol, whose company Tower Paddle Boards was funded by Mark Cuban in season three of Shark Tank.

The five Sharks on the panel for  Season 4’s second new episode of Shark Tank are: billionaire Mark Cuban; real estate mogul Barbara Corcoran; technology innovator Robert Herjavec; fashion and branding expert Daymond John; and venture capitalist Kevin O’Leary.

That’s the Shark Tank Preview for this week, enjoy the show!
