Dustin Titzman founded the brand Warrior Kid Medic. He was a Texas firefighter and paramedic who had also served as an Army Reserve Blackhawk pilot for over 20 years. Dustin shared that they launched the product in mid-2023 on Amazon. Though they did not earn anything that year. In the year 2024, their sales reached $23,000 and are further estimated to touch $40,000 by the end of 2025.
Robert Herjavec was interested to know about the retail price and the landing cost. Hence, Dustin shared that the medic multi-tool kit was sold for $15, and the landing cost was under $3.40. Allison Ellsworth, the new Shark in the Tank, asked about the marketing and branding.
Dustin responded that they need a Shark for marketing and inventory because he could not manage the direct-to-consumer front on his own. He also shared that they have hired an outside agency that helps them with marketing and increased the sales by 800% year over year.

Lori also refused to participate in the negotiations by mentioning that the end goal is to spread awareness. Hence, they can continue teaching kids safety in school premises. On the other hand, Daymond John bowed out, stating that this space is highly competitive.
Allison Ellsworth could relate to the product, and she offered a deal of $50,000 for 30%. That’s when Daymond countered her offer of $50,000 for 20% equity.
