Robert Herjavec and his wife, Kym Johnson, have put their Rose Bay waterfront apartment up for sale. The luxury condo is listed with an estimated price range near AUS$19 million, or about $12.5 million in US dollars, according to local journalism sources.
The couple bought the ground-floor apartment around four years ago for about AUS$13.5 million, or roughly US$8.9 million. Michael Pallier of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty handled the listing.
It was described as a single-level home with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It also includes a separate garage with space for one car and a lift system that can accommodate a second vehicle.
Robert and Kym made the decision to sell their apartment not long after purchasing a stately Federation-era mansion in Sydney’s Centennial Park for about AUS$22.8 million last year.
Their Rose Bay home overlooks the harbor and sits among some of the city’s most exclusive real estate.
Inside Robert Herjavec’s Sydney Apartment
The apartment features modern interiors designed by MHN Design Union. It includes a smart home system, built-in ceiling speakers, and a video intercom for added convenience.
Inside, there’s a sleek linear fireplace, a concealed bar and oak flooring. More features in the living area include Venetian plaster walls in soft white and Ralph Lauren silk wallpaper.
Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own limestone bathroom. The main bedroom offers a large walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden. One guest room also has a small attached study.
The open living area is anchored by stylish kitchen fittings with premium appliances. It basically offers a clean vibe and a minimalist aesthetic.
Large glass doors open out to a sheltered terrace that encompasses an outdoor kitchen finished in stainless steel. The terrace overlooks a stretch of lawn surrounded by greenery. It offers panoramic views of Shark Island and the Harbour Bridge across Rose Bay.
A shared private walkway gives residents easy access to Rose Bay Beach, which is popular with dog owners.
At Rose Bay Beach, dog owners can enjoy the freedom of letting their pets roam off-leash all day along the stretch between Percival Park and Dumaresq Reserve.
Herjavec’s Latest Real Estate Move on Billionaires’ Row in NYC
Earlier this year, in August, Robert Herjavec made similar property shuffling moves in New York City.
About a year after Robert sold his apartment at One57 in New York City for a solid return in 2024, he decided to stay close to the same neighborhood. The investor has agreed to purchase another luxury home just a short distance away, on the same stretch of Manhattan’s Billionaires’ Row.
He had purchased a four-bedroom apartment at 111 West 57th Street. This is a sleek new tower with the classic wealth signaling Central Park views. The home covers roughly 4,500 square feet and is priced at just over $20 million.
The home begins with an entry hall paved in white Macauba stone. It then leads into a large living space with soaring 14-foot ceilings and walls of glass that flood the room with natural light.
Developers had initially aimed much higher for the property. StreetEasy records show it hit the market in 2019 with an asking price of $28.5 million. Later, it was adjusted to $22.5 million, and that’s when Herjavec stepped in to buy.
In 2024, Herjavec sold his four-bedroom One57 high-end apartment for $38.8 million. This sale went slightly above the asking price and far more than the $31.9 million he paid when he bought it three years earlier.

Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson own several homes across different countries. Their properties include a Federation-style mansion in Sydney’s Centennial Park, which they bought from Afterpay co-founder David Hancock and his wife, Fiona.
They also have a large lakefront home in Port Carling, Ontario. In the U.S., the couple owns a house in Hidden Hills, Los Angeles, purchased in 2023 for $26 million, and a waterfront home in Newport Beach with its own private dock.
About The Couple
Robert Herjavec has built his career in computer security and now shares his business insight as an investor on both the American and Australian editions of Shark Tank. His wife, Kym Johnson, built her career as a professional dancer and gained fame through her long run on Dancing with the Stars in both countries.
The two met when they teamed up for the show’s 20th U.S. season and finished in sixth place. This wasn’t a problem for Johnson as she had previously taken home the trophy in season 9.
