CharCharms: What Happened On Shark Tank Season 16?

Charlotte Trecartin delivered her first pitch on Shark Tank, showcasing her vision for the brand and the numbers that impressed the sharks in the first place. She came with an ask of $300,000 for 10% equity in her company. She presented her insightful story on how she built this brand.

Charlotte somehow knew the value of student outreach. To make her brand more visible in the marketplace, she launched an ambassador program that helps with marketing by simply giving ambassadors $100 worth of free accessories every month.

With more people focusing on health and hydration, reusable water bottles are more popular than ever. Here’s how she explains perfectly how her brand fits well into this trend. The accessories are practical, stylish, and affordable, making them a great choice for anyone who wants to personalize their bottle. As demand for reusable bottles grows, CharCharms is becoming a must-have accessory for everyday use. Her pitch left the Sharks impressed!

CharCharms has grown a lot as a brand since it first started and now offers seven different products. These include straw toppers, straws, charm bundles, bottle boots, bottle pouches, bag charms, and their newest item, wall hooks. All products are affordable and come in unique, stylish designs to suit different tastes. A set of four straw toppers costs $14.99, while single toppers are available for $6.99. They also sell special light-up straw toppers for $9.99 each.

Did The CharCharms Pitch Make The Cut To Get A Deal?

Charlotte Trecartin’s CharCharms caught the Shark’s attention after seeing the jaw-dropping revenue figures. Her company sold goods worth $200,000 as of 2023, yet it has gone up steadily on a yearly basis. CharCharm can buy directly from Charlotte’s website but is also featured in major national retailers such as Dick’s Sporting Goods and Target.

What really made CharCharms different is its unique approach of presenting fun and fashionable accessories that personalize water bottles. This innovation marked its position alone against everything else existing. On Shark Tank, both Lori Greiner and Mark Cuban decided not to invest. Still, Daymond John and Kevin O’Leary were interested. They proposed an offer of $300,000 for 20% of the company. Kevin also added that he could distribute the product more in retail.

Mark Cuban, however, suggested that Charlotte be careful with these offers. She was attached to her business and did not want to sell more than 15% of the ownership. Even after negotiating, where Daymond reduced his offer to 17.5%, she walked away without a deal. Leaving without an investor, Charlotte’s firm stance showed her confidence in CharCharms and its future success.

What Happened to CharCharms After Shark Tank?

The company has expanded its product line to include a wide range of water bottle accessories, such as charms, bottle caps, straws, and straw toppers. These items are now available at Dick’s Sporting Goods and have launched nationwide in Target stores as part of a broader product collection.

To support this rapid growth, the company recently moved into a larger warehouse facility in Wheeling, IL, enabling it to scale up production and meet increased distribution demands.

Founder Charlotte’s remarkable achievements have earned her a spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2025. The estimated net worth of CharCharms is around $5 million, as of 2025.

Where Can You Buy It?

CharCharms products are available for purchase on their official website, Target and other retailers. Check out their social media pages for more updates: Facebook and Instagram.
