Mark, Barbara, Kevin, Lori and Daymond are the featured Sharks in Shark Tank episode 1208. Together they’ll review four new companies seeking the Sharks’ cash and business acumen.

Nancy Kalish wants a Shark to bite on her Rule Breaker Snacks, a chick-pea based line of cookies, bites and brownies. Brother and sister team Shirah and Michael Benarde pitch Night Cap, their invention that helps prevent drink spiking. Peter Arlein skis into the Tank with Mountainflow Eco Wax, his line of plant based ski wax. Bob Mackey and Michael Green introduce the Sharks to the Yono Clip, a suction cup hook that lets you hang things anywhere. Which company leaves the Tank with a deal?

The updates segment for this episode features two of Barbara’s companies. In season 2, Barbara invested $50K for 25% of the Daisy Cakes, plus a one dollar per cake royalty until she recoups her investment. In season six, she invested $200K for 10% of Pipcorn. The update segment features how the businesses have grown over the years and how they are weathering the Covid-19 pandemic.

There are 22  Shark Tank Episodes for Season 12. This season features more appearances by “guest Sharks,” including two returning guest Sharks: Alex Rodriguez and Daniel Lubetzky. In addition, two new guest Sharks will appear throughout season 12: Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes and MadeFor, and Kendra Scott, founder of Kendra Scott, LLC, a fashion company she started in her spare bedroom in 2002 with $500. An entrepreneur from Brooklyn, New York, breaks all the rules with her guilt-free vegan treats, while an entrepreneur from Carbondale, Colorado, shows the Sharks how they can shred the slopes sustainably with his eco-friendly product on “Shark Tank,” FRIDAY, FEB. 5 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EST), on ABC. In a “Shark Tank” update, season two entrepreneur Kimberly Nelson and season six entrepreneurs Jeff and Jennifer Martin update us on how their companies South Carolina-based cake company Daisy Cake, and New York City-based popcorn company Pipcorn, respectively, have expanded their businesses over the years and met the current moment by giving people some delicious treats during the global pandemic with some help from investor Barbara Corcoran.
