Haley Pavone hopes to find the right fit for Pashion Footwear, her high heels that convert to flats in five seconds. Elyce and Nathan Billany want to swim with a Shark with the Byoot Company, their one piece women’s swim suits that come off easily. Will any of these entrepreneurs land a Shark?

Back in season 8, Robert invested $75,000 for 25% of Doc Spartan, a veteran owned ointment and personal care company. In tonight’s  update segment, we’ll learn more about the company’s sales and commitment to their community.

There are 22  Shark Tank Episodes for Season 12. This season features more appearances by “guest Sharks,” including two returning guest Sharks: Alex Rodriguez and Daniel Lubetzky. In addition, two new guest Sharks will appear throughout season 12: Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS Shoes and MadeFor, and Kendra Scott, founder of Kendra Scott, LLC, a fashion company she started in her spare bedroom in 2002 with $500. The Shark Tank Episode 1214 entrepreneurs will make their best pitch to the panel of five Shark investors who will use their own money if they choose to invest. The Shark Investors negotiate on the spot without any previous information, which differs from typical negotiations between venture capital investors and entrepreneurial start-ups.

Entrepreneurs from Le Claire, Iowa, present their stylish solution to a common frustration with women’s bathing suits; while a kidpreneur and her mom from Houston, Texas, persevere through hardship to launch a successful sauce company on “Shark Tank,” FRIDAY, FEB. 19 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EST), on ABC. (TV-PG) Episodes can also be viewed the next day on demand and on Hulu.

In a “Shark Tank” update, season eight army veteran Dale King and his partner, Renee Wallace, share how their Portsmouth, Ohio-based first-aid ointment company, Doc Spartan, is going above and beyond the call of duty with their commitment to making their entire labor force people in recovery from drug addiction, while also proving that businesses can thrive in small towns with some help from their investor Robert Herjavec.

The Sharks in this episode are Mark Cuban, Kevin O’Leary, Lori Greiner, Barbara Corcoran and Guest Shark Kendra Scott.
