Episode 114 – Season 1

Episode 114 has four hopeful entrepreneurs looking for a business investment from one of the Sharks. Jill Quilln wants cash to grow LipStix ReMix, her kit that rescues and recycles the lipstick left over at the bottom of the tube. Tim Gavern wants the Sharks to bite on Captain Ice Cream, his ice cream truck business he’s looking to franchise. Michael Schiavone wants the Sharks to invest in Caffeindicator, a “litmus test” type indicator that tells whether coffee contains caffeine. “Lawtrepreneurs” Jeff and Annie Hughes pitch Legal Grind, their coffeehouse that also offers legal services, which they’re looking to franchise.

The Shark Investors negotiate on the spot without any previous information, which differs from typical negotiations between venture capital investors and entrepreneurial start-ups.
